million meters, Automobile Parts and Components Factory with annual production
capacity of 30 thousand sets, Conglin Automobile Factory with annual production
capacity of 5 thousand sets, Industrial Sewing Machine Factory with annual production
capacity of 20 thousand sets, Conglin Cement Factory with annual production capacity
of 2 million tons, Conglin Machinery Factory, Shandong Hangfa Conglin Automobile
Fittings as well as other enterprises, totaling 18 enterprises, which all pass
ISO 9000 Quality System Certification. Thereinto, Conglin Aluminum Material Factory,
Conglin Adhesive Tape Factory and Conglin Machinery Factory, as the provincial
hi-tech enterprises, own capital as high as 3000 million Yuan and more than 4.5
thousand employees including 680 professional technical personnel and 200 persons
with medium and senior titles. Furthermore, the group owns provincial enterprise
technical center and the only industrial aluminum material engineering technology
research development center in Shandong Province. The board chairman Zhang Xiuji
once had the honor to win " National Excellent Enterpriser and National
Labor Day Medal" and was appraised as one of four major outstanding contributors
in Chinese non-ferrous metal processing industry.
For twenty years, persisting in focusing
on economic construction and adhering to reform and open policy all along, Conglin

In 2002, the first set 10-thousand-ton
extruder in the world was trial run successfully and started advocated special
large-sized industrial aluminum material in China . It is mainly used in train,
underground, magnetic aerotrain, van auto, container as well as other aluminum
alloy special-type section material and astronautic large-section industrial
section materials. Furthermore, our mian products include 17 sets (suits) of
8000-ton, 5000-ton, 3600-ton, 3000-ton, 2000-ton as well as other large-sized
aluminum material extruders. In 2003, the 10-thousand-ton extruder acquired Shandong
Province Scientific Advancement Blue Ribbon and 11 items of national patents
and acquired National Scientific Advancement Blue Ribbon in 2004 as well. Our
products pass ISO9002 Quality System Certification and UKAS Certification and
have the honor to win "Chinese Excellent Famous Brand Product" "Shandong
Famous Trademark" and many other titles. Large-section hollow-structure
bodywork industrial section materials successfully support Changchun Passenger
Car Factory, Nanjing Pu Town Car Factory and many other engine manufacturers,
replacing imported products completely. Moreover, these products are exported
to America, Canada, Britain, Holland, Denmark, Spain as well as many other occident
countries.
Conglin Bulb Tube Factory introduces American
frequency conversion electric cooker and Germany centrifugal casting machine
to manufacture DN100?a2600mm nodular cast iron pipe (including pipe pieces).
Through appraisal of international certification authorized institutes accredited
by users, such as Singapore PSB, France Bureau Veritas and Switzerland SGS, these
products are widely used in domestic and foreign key projects. Conglin Automobile
Corporation adopts aluminum alloy bodywork section materials to manufacture wing-opening
van carts of various kinds and other special type cars required by users. Conglin
Tailoring Corporation adopts Japanese technology and equipment to manufacture
20 thousand sets of full-automatic industrial sewing machine of all kinds annually.
Conglin conveyer belt acquires Shandong Scientific Advancement Second Prize,
two items of national patents and UN TIPS System Invention & Innovation Scientific
Star Award and are exported to six countries in Europe. Conglin cement acquires
National Sliver Award and Shandong Famous Trademark, ranks first in national
cement quality inspection and finds a ready market in more than ten countries
and regions.
Strengthening corporate informatization
