        Longkou Fanlin Nodular Cast Iron Pipe Co., Ltd is a manufacturing enterprise administered by Shandong Conglin Group Corporation. Conglin Group, as a state-level enterprise group, administers 18 manufacturing enterprises and now owns fixed assets of 2500 million Yuan and current assets of 550 million Yuan.         Since foundation till now, in these twenty years, the group realizes fast, diversified and sustainable development with Conglin spirit of "strive for first class" and "never admit defeat and never satisfy". In April, 1994, the group and Singapore Fanlian Group and Wuhan Steel Group jointly invested 340 million Yuan to build Fanlin Nodular Cast Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. We accomplished design and construction work within 14 months and put into production formally in June, 1995.
         Longkou Fanlin Nodular Cast Iron Pipe Co., Ltd is located at Bo Sea shore and Jiaodong Peninsula . Adjoining Penglai and Yantai in the east, abutting on the biggest local port-Longkou port in the west and railway artery-Jiaoji Railway in the south, the corporation can assemble and dissemble goods in Yantai and Laiyang railway stations. Furthermore, the Longde Railway, which is under construction, will provide a further guarantee for our goods transportation.
        Covering a floor area of 113.4 thousand sq meters, the corporation owns more than 850 employees including 280 engineering technicians and 92 engineers. Furthermore, the corporation invites professor Li Longsheng, who is a doctoral student tutor of Dalian University of Technology and the authority of Chinese nodular cast iron pipe industry, as our general engineer, and six engineers of Japanese Kubota Nodular Cast Iron Pipe Corporation as our standing technical advisers.
         In addition to adopting foreign advanced manufacturing technique and principal machine equipments, our corporation also introduces world advanced manufacturing technology to produce nodular cast iron pipes. DN80-DN800 nodular cast iron pipe adopts water-cooling metal type manufacturing technique which owns high production efficiency and DN1000-DN1600 nodular cast iron pipe adopts hot-die coating manufacturing technique which prevents large-caliber nodular pipe elliptical. The two kinds of manufacturing techniques both adopt centrifugal casting mode, which is characterized by assuring stability of quality of nodular pipes. Our corporation mainly owns following advanced production equipments: DN100-350, 400-800 water-cooling metal type centrifugal casting machine and DN80-400 water-cooling metal type centrifugal casting machine of Germany PO-FI Corporation, 2 sets of single-position DN1000-2200 hot-die centrifugal casting machine, 2 sets of single-position DN1000-2200 hot-die centrifugal casting machine, 5 sets of 8T and 15T frequency-conversion induction electric furnace, 1 set of 45T coreless medium-frequency induction heat-preservation electric furnace, 2 sets of 8T water-cooling cupola without furnace liner, 1 set of 15T water-cooling cupola without furnace liner, 1 set of fuel continuous annealing furnace, 2 sets of sleeping car type annealing furnace, 3 sets of cement lining machine, 1 set of sherardizing machine and 2 sets of bituminous plastering machine. Detection equipments include 2 sets of DN80-1000 hydrostatic testing machine, 1 set of DN1000-2600 hydrostatic testing machine, 1 suit of America-imported DV-6 model direct reading spectrometer, 1 set of large-sized metallographic microscope, 2 sets of mechanical test equipments and 1 suit of general elemental analyzer. Excellent production and detection equipments provide guarantee for stable product quality.
      In order to match nodular cast iron pipes, in Nov, 1996, the group built up pipe production line (which manufactures 5 thousand tons of DN80-DN2600 T model, K model, N11 model, flange model and other flexible and mechanical joint-type pipe fittings of various kinds) and developed sealing rubber ring special for pipe wire in Congli Adhesive Tape Factory, which is the subordinate enterprise of the group. Therefore, one package service of pipe wire products has formed.
        Nodular cast iron pipes manufactured by our corporation strictly implement ISO2531 International Standard. In order to acquire qualified mechanical property and matrix structure and assure each quality index of nodular cast iron pipe, in production process, we strictly control molten iron component, spheroidization, centrifugal casting, hot treatment, finishing operation, internal lining, surface coating and other manufacturing links. From Oct, 1995, the corporation established quality system according to international standard ISO9002 Quality Assurance Mode of Quality System Production, Installation and Service. In 1996, this quality system formally operated and respectively passed Quality Certification and Quality System Certification organized by China Fangyuan Authentication Committee in September 1996 and June 1997. Hereon, our corporation passed examination and approval of Singapore PSB, France Bureau Veritas and Switzerland SGS accredited by users for many times and they all highly appraised our quality system work. From 1 st , Jan, 2001, our corporation started to carry out establishment and operation of 2000 Version ISO9001 Standardized Quality Management System and passed certification approval of quality management system organized by China Fangyuan Authorization Committee in July. Conglin Adhesive Tape Factory, the manufacturing enterprise of rubber ring also passed ISO9001 Quality System Certification. Till now, ex-factory products of our corporation haven't happen any quality accident.
        In 1997, Nodular Cast Iron Pipe Corporation introduced and promoted advanced Japanese management mode and made it combined with ISO9001 Quality Management System organically.
