Conglin Aluminum
Co., Ltd. is the backbone subsidiary company of the
State-class group company Shandong Conglin Group Corp.
It is a famous high and new tech aluminum profile manufacturing
company. Founded in 1992, the company now has 18 sets
of extrusion presses including 660 tons, 880 tons,
1800 tons, 3000 tons, 5000 tons, 8000 tons and 10,000
tons, 2 full automatic lines of oxidation, stain, electrophoresis,
powder painting, and heat insulation compounding; 6
production lines of inner anti corrosion and auto welding.
Total annual output is 100,000 tons of building and
construction extrusion material, door and window profile,
certain wall and industrial profiles as well as 600,000
pieces of heating radiators. Production range of industrial
extrusion profiles includes body building materials
for train, metro, magnetic levitation train and van,
large aluminum seamless tube, container, aluminum van
side panel, motor cabinet, airplane empennage profiles
of high precision requirements etc. The products are
exported to overseas countries and regions like USA,
Japan, Canada, UK, Holland, Spain and Denmark, Building
and construction material mainly includes various door
and window, curtain wall profiles, which are of popular
and famous products of China. Aluminum radiator has
acquired five national patents.
On 14 August 2001, China's
first magnetic levitation train built with Conglin
made aluminum profiles was successful off the production
line. This marks that Conglin Group has inaugurated
the production of super large industrial profile in
China.
On 1 July 2002, the world first 10,000-ton oil hydraulic double action extrusion
press was successfully installed in Conglin Group. The press can extrude super
large profile with a maximal breadth of 970mm, maximal diameter 600mm and maximal
length of 30 meters. The putting into production of the press ends the history
of wholly importing large aluminum extrusions from abroad. It is a surprising
pleasure to China and a shock to the World.
