Qualification of the company

CBSE has successfully passed the authentication of DIN6700-C1 by SLV-Berlin Germany in Dec. 2003. In 2004 the authentication is widened. Welding superviser of CBSE is international/european welding engineer Gerd Ziglasch (Dipl.).With the allowance of DIN 6700-C1 CBSE is capable of manufacturing and repairing the components of railtrain coach which require the highest safety.

The processing and testing facilities of the company

CBSE has also the peocessing equipments and facilities required by DIN6700. A labor atory with measuring capability of metallography, spectroscopical, chemical and mechanical test is available.

There is a Welding roboter ROMAT 350 produced by Cloos Germany 2003 in the Workshop of CBSE.

MIG/TIG ¨CImpuls Light, 35m walk /singl e /double welding wire, laser guiding, etc. A modern FOOKE 5-axises CNC machine made in Germany 2004, is succesfully working in the workshop of CBSE with the ability of X - 30m ,Y - 4.1m , Z - 1.2m , A - +/-100°, C - ≥360° .

The product scope and main partners

CBSE now has the capacity to weld and manufacture the components and modules for railway car body which require the highest safety. Up to now we have produced components of car body for Changchun-CRC, Siemens, Bombadier, Nanjing-Puzhen, Alstom etc. At the same time CBSE become the chief partner of Siemens Medical Equipment Co. Ltd. and the Chinese high voltage switcher factories since 2004.
